It’s not beating yourself up or living in guilt—it’s taking the driver’s seat in your own transformation. Our most successful clients don’t blame their age, busy schedule, or “broken” metabolism. Instead, they admit where they’re cutting corners, pivot, and knock over that first domino of habit change. Radical ownership gives you the power to change your story, setting off a chain reaction that shifts everything—from mindset to physique.
TRAIT #2: Ask for Help Instead of Isolating
Jordanna [00:04:29]: Next up: Reaching out for support. The women who succeed do not ghost their coach, disappear, or pretend everything is fine when challenges hit. They lean in.
