The unedited podcast transcript for this episode of the Get Sculpted podcast follows:

Tijana [00:00:00]: Welcome back to the Get Sculpted podcast! Today we’re breaking down a topic that doesn’t get enough air time: the five traits shared by our most successful clients. These are the transformation-makers, the mind-shifters—the habits and mindset upgrades that truly take women from stuck to sculpted. We’ve collectively coached over a thousand women, and let me tell you: success leaves clues. You don’t need to reinvent the wheel—let’s dive into the clues and the system that keeps transformation sustainable for the long haul.

TRAIT #1: Radical Ownership—Taking Full Responsibility for Your Results

Marilynn [00:01:42]: The single most transformative trait? Radical ownership. What does that mean? It’s not beating yourself up or living in guilt—it’s taking the driver’s seat in your own transformation. Our most successful clients don’t blame their age, busy schedule, or “broken” metabolism. Instead, they admit where they’re cutting corners, pivot, and knock over that first domino of habit change. Radical ownership gives you the power to change your story, setting off a chain reaction that shifts everything—from mindset to physique.

TRAIT #2: Ask for Help Instead of Isolating

Jordanna [00:04:29]: Next up: Reaching out for support. The women who succeed do not ghost their coach, disappear, or pretend everything is fine when challenges hit. They lean in. They show up in the community, get vulnerable, borrow belief and practical strategies from others, and get the accountability they need. This trait isn’t just about getting answers—it’s about realizing you’re not alone and using your support network to keep moving forward rather than staying stuck in isolation and self-doubt.

TRAIT #3: Focus on the Outcome, Not the Obstacles

Tijana [00:08:14]: Our high-achievers don’t obsess over today’s obstacles—they lock in on their outcome. It’s all about making decisions as your future, 2.0 self. Instead of letting instant gratification or daily annoyances get in the way, they anchor into their vision of what they want long term. “I get to” replace “I have to”—and suddenly prepping meals or sticking to workouts is a pathway to joy rather than a chore. The bar for your 2.0 self keeps rising, and focusing on what you want, not what’s in your way, makes all the difference.

TRAIT #4: Be Coachable and Open to Learning

Marilynn [00:11:15]: Transformation demands coachability. If you already knew exactly what to do—and were actually doing it—you’d have your dream results! Successful clients come ready to learn, ask questions, try new things, fail forward, and let go of what hasn’t been working. Being coachable means not cherry-picking what you want to follow, but trusting the process and the expertise guiding you. The result? Real growth and change, instead of staying stuck in old patterns.TRAIT #5: Make Your Needs Non-Negotiable Jordanna [00:14:20]: Finally: Putting your own needs first isn’t selfish—it’s necessary. The clients who make true, lasting change plan their self-care and health goals into their days instead of hoping they’ll “find time” for them. They set boundaries, stop waiting for permission, and recognize that showing up for themselves makes them more present and effective for everyone else in their life. This single shift can ripple into every area: more energy, more confidence, less resentment, better modeling for others, and truly sustainable change.

RECAP & FINAL ADVICE

Tijana [00:20:35]: Let’s do a quick recap:

Take radical ownership of your results.

Ask for help and lean on your community.

Focus on your outcome, not your obstacles.

Make your own needs and goals non-negotiable.
