You can train from the gym or home. As long as you have access to dumbbells, bands, bench/mat at minimum you’ll be successful.

We set a baseline nutrition program with you. Swapping out foods you like most will help you stay consistent and make long lasting changes. So yes, you can enjoy your fave foods.

You will have access to our Get Sculpted app to track workouts, steps, nutrition and more! Your workout program outlines sets, reps, rest times. Plus each exercise has a video to walk you through exactly what to do so you’re confident in the gym.

You will be added to our private facebook group community. This is where we hold you to accountability, provide support and motivation every step of the way.

This is an 8 week program. You have the opportunity to continue on into another future cohort. Should you want more individualized support, you can upgrade to 1:1 coaching with one of our success coaches at any time.

During the 8 weeks at any point in time you can upgrade to 1:1 coaching to further personalize your fitness journey. Otherwise, you will have the option to renew into the next From Stuck to Sculpted cohort.
